I also love that my car is getting hand washed with personal attention to every detail. I will never be able to say enough great things about Executive Details. One morning I called Doug in a panic because I didn't realize that a can of paint had fallen on my car over night and then I drove for 45 minutes. After arriving at work I realized that my car was sporting some fancy "spin art in white paint". Doug told me to bring the car right over and I knew I was leaving it in good hands. I received a phone call a little over an hour later and was told that he removed all the paint...which I will forever be grateful. Executive Details is a WONDERFUL service. I am a perfectionist when it comes to a clean car but with my busy schedule I just don't have the time to do it myself, so I let Executive Details do it for me and am always amazed at the attention to detail they give my car. I hate to admit it because I am such a perfectionist but I can't do as good of a job and Doug and his staff do. It is also very convenient for me to drop my car off before work and to pick it up on my way home. I have been using Executive Details for a little over a year now and could not be happier with the service. I love that my car is 3 years old and still smells like the day I drove it off the showroom floor. I never have to second guess the state of my car when needing to drive around co-workers or clients thanks to Executive Details.

When the car arrived it was a total disaster, the interior was filthy, the rug was discolored, and the seatbelts were the worst. I called Doug and he told me that he would have no problem getting the car back to showroom condition. Doug and his team came to my office, picked up the car and returned it within 3 hours. Hi Doug,I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Black Beauty (my Ford GT). As you know I drive the car every day I can and this includes several days on the track each year. The every day TLC you provide for the car is fantastic but your folks go way beyond this by removing bits of tire rubber, bug splatter and such from 165+ MPH runs on the track. Ive no idea what kind of cleaner and wax system you're using but the paint looks better than the day it left the show room!
